I partnered with a local real estate agent to concept and design a direct mail campaign that not only elevated her brand but also introduced her new online home valuation tool. The goal was to position her as a strategic resource—not just a salesperson—by highlighting the changing real estate market and the financial power of home equity.

Copywriting: Wrote all messaging, including headlines, supporting copy, and calls to action on both sides of the card, with the intent to educate and convert.
Design Execution: Designed a clean, modern layout using bold typography and inviting lifestyle photography to align with the agent’s brand and audience.
Feature Highlight: Intentionally directed attention to the agent’s home valuation tool through both visual hierarchy and copy emphasis, using a prominent QR code and contextual explanation.
